  Waited 55min for a click and collect order a worker said he'd be 5 minutes ended up being a hour in total. once I walked inside to ask all he could say was sorry he forgot our order it's he's job the area manager sue was extremely rude didn't care about the inconvenience, on a brighter note store manager di was extremely sympathetic and understanding and was going to take the matter further after myself and my partners first experience with Click and Collect we will not be using the service and we continuing to shop at Woolworths
