    My kitty was very, very ill after being poisoned by rat bait. I didn't think she would pull through but with the skill and dedication of James and the other staff (not to mention their patient and friendly approach with multiple visits), she is home and looking like her old self again. I can't thank them enough. My kitty is family and I was not ready to lose her just yet.
